IMPORTANT!

If you don't agree with our Terms and Conditions, please reconsider your purchase. All Terms are mandatory.

• When you buy a file from our sellfy shop please send us a message with the avatar name you will use with the file. It would become a DMCA interest if you don't.
• Please add WaterfallSounds1 and JohnJStone to your IMVU friends list because of the name change we cannot track anonymous buyers to protect and support them. We are 100% non-invasive and will not contact you ever, unless you contact us first with some request for help or assisstance.
• You are only allowed to use our textures on one IMVU account and Not other platforms.
• You are allowed to edit and recolor our textures.
• You are NOT allowed to set your product derivable when you use our textures.
• You are NOT allowed to resell our textures to any third party.   
  NOTE!
• We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any changes in IMVU TOS. For example the skin tone color undies is not allowed for the GA products anymore. Please make sure to check it since some of our old products might still have skin tone undies.
• Our old products are in WinRAR format and do not include the .chkn files. If you have problem downloading or opening the files or need .chkn files for easy derivation please contact us. (Products in 7-Z format include .chkn files. We will be editing old products to add .chkn files.)
• If you have any questions, custom requests (including the re-coloring, mixing and matching of items, sharing, etc) or need help with the files, just send a message to WaterfallSounds1 on IMVU to get a quick answer.
• Please do not ask for a refund as our refusal could cause misunderstanding. Try before you buy! Thank you!
