1. What does any product include?

Any digital product includes 4 items such as: chkn files, jpg files, ReadMe files and Instructions.

2. How do I unzip a 7z file?

First, download and install the 7-Zip tool on your computer which is free and works in Windows. Next, move to the file you need to open and right-click on it. Doing this gives you a submenu where you can select the 7-Zip option and navigate to the 'Extract Files...' option. Choose the location you want to save the file to. Click OK. It creates a folder the same name as original file. 

3. How do I use the products that I have purchased from Sellfy to create my own products for my shop?

Once you unzipped any file, open ReadMe file. It has all details on how to use the chkn files. There is also an easy and quick step-by-step Instruction in a picture format.

4. I have newly started creating on IMVU. Can I manage creating if I buy products from your sellfy store?

Yes, of course. We have provided the chkn files which make it easy for you to create as well as save your time. Besides, any product comes with textures and opacity in case you wish to re-color and create new versions of products.

5. Can I set my product derivable when I use your textures?

No, it is not allowed. It is a copyright infrigment to set our textures as derivable.

6. I have more than one account on IMVU. Can I use the textures to create for my alts?

No, it is not allowed. You need to buy for your alts if you wish to use the textures on different accounts.

7. Can I share your store on my social media and my IMVU shop?

Of course. It's a great pleasure to see our customers are proud to share their association with our brand. We appreciate all your support. You may wish to share our posts on Facebook to your social media.
